Systems Utilization, under the leadership of Flora Pourzamani, provides software quality assurance, user support and technical assistance to school districts, training and procedural materials, and develops and maintains user manuals for the Financial Information System, Payroll/Personnel System, and subsystems that are created and maintained by the Information Management Services within the San Diego County Office of Education.
