Appointments are required for any and all types of livescan requests and must be made online.
Please contact your employing school district as to the status of your prints.

Remember:
- All payments must be in the form of a Money Order or Cashier's Check made out to SDCOE.
- Applicants must present valid photo identification (driver license, state I.D., etc) and two (2) copies of a completed Fingerprint Clearinghouse (PDF) or Dual Reporting (PDF) Form, or the livescan form provided by the requesting agency or school district.
