A powerful professional learning series for school and district administrators
The Southern Calfornia Principal Leadership Seminars have been designed with input from San Diego County superintendents and align with the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (CPSELs). The purpose of the Principal Leadership Seminars is to provide school and district leaders the opportunity to build their professional expertise in research-proven strategies that positively impact student learning.
These seminars provide innovative and relevant tools and resources focused on the tenets of systems thinking and equity leadership for school leaders to successfully impact student achievement. All five seminars support the required 40 hours of professional learning and are no additional cost for participants in the SDCOE Clear Administrative Services Credential Program.
