New in 2016-17, Putting It All Together is a five-day series that ties the key actions that are necessary throughout the school year for a successful LCAP with professional learning and networking.
The series is designed for district teams made up of district and site administrators, LCAP leads, and program, data, student support, business, and human resource specialists. Register to attend

Day One: Aug. 22 or Sept. 22
Includes LCAP leadership tools and clarity into disaggregated CAASPP data, insight into the connection between LCAP and ESSA accountability measures, and best practices from local districts.
Day Two: Nov. 10
Includes the state LCAP eTemplate, new accountability measures, best practices for foster youth and homeless students, highlights from a local district, and resources to build effective stakeholder communication and design an executive summary.
Day Three: Jan. 26
Includes a look at CELDT data, how to use formative, interim, and summative assessments to support the LCAP goals and outcomes, eTemplate support, and best practices in stakeholder engagement.
Day Four: March 21
Includes disaggregating student demographic data, aligning and connecting the LCAP to other plans, such as Title III, SPSA, and technology, and expert support on suspension and attendance practices.
Day Five: May 11
Includes final LCAP writing, aligning the LCAP to business and programs, ensuring the plan includes measurable outcomes, stakeholder involvement, and budget support, and setting the stage for the next year's LCAP.
