Service and leadership that maximize the success of all students

Everyone a Reader Volunteer Program

Everyone a Reader (EAR) is a volunteer tutor program that matches trained tutors with first, second, and third grade students who have been chosen by their teacher to receive extra reading practice.

Volunteers use research-informed instructional methods to help students reach their grade-level in reading. The minimum time commitment is approximately one hour per week.

To participate in this program, volunteers attend a two-hour training session, fulfill volunteer requirements, and are then placed at a school near their work or home. No RSVP is required, please join us at a training date below.

Thank you for your interest in our program.
