COACHING

• Coaching district staff on evaluating the components in the Title III Year 2 Improvement Plan Addendum (IPA) that were effectively implemented over the last two years and those that need improvement or change.  
• Coaching school and district administrators on the use of effective classroom protocols (direct observation and feedback methods) to verify implementation of modified curriculum, program, and instructional.

COORDINATION

• Brokering expertise and services locally and within the Region 9 to support implementation of the Improvement Plan Addendum / Action Plan.
