The Student Services and Programs Division of the San Diego County Office of Education provides programs and services to students. Some programs and services are provided directly to students by SDCOE staff (administrators, teachers, and classified support staff). These programs include Juvenile Court and Community Schools (JCCS), Safe Schools, Pupil Services, HOPE Infant Family Support Program, and Outdoor Education. The other programs and services are provided by school districts with leadership, coordination, and evaluation provided through the SDCOE. These programs include Regional Occupational Program (ROP), and Special Education.

Mission Statement
The San Diego County Office of Education provides to school districts quality services, effective and efficient use of resources, and innovative leadership by working collaboratively to meet the needs of students and expectations of the public.
