The Student Services and Programs division provides programs and services to students. Some programs and services are provided directly to students by SDCOE staff (administrators, teachers, and classified support staff). These programs include Momentum Learning, Student Support Services, Pupil Services, HOPE Infant Family Support Program, and Outdoor Education. Special Education services are provided by school districts with leadership and coordination provided through SDCOE.
These efforts are aligned with the San Diego County Office of Education's mission, which is to provide to school districts quality services, effective and efficient use of resources, and innovative leadership by working collaboratively to meet the needs of students and expectations of the public.
