Doing Business with SDCOE

Thank you for your interest in doing business with the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE). We are committed to providing an equal opportunity for all business enterprises to participate in our purchasing and contracting activities.

To begin the process, visit the Planet Bids SDCOE Vendor Portal, where you can register as a bidder online, search for bid requests, download documents, and bid electronically (where applicable).

Both formal and informal solicitations may be processed through our online system. All responses are due at or before the time shown on each solicitation. Late responses cannot be accepted. It is the bidder or proposer's responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the solicitation, including addenda, has been downloaded. Contractors / vendors are solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate information. Vendors may edit their profile at any time.

SDCOE has halted any financial transactions it may have had with Russian entities as part of economic sanctions on the Russian government enacted under U.S Executive Order 14065 as well as any sanctions imposed under the laws of the State of California. The County Office will not enter any contracts with vendors that directly or indirectly do business with any Russian entities, including getting parts or supplies from Russian companies.
