Calling Early Education Professionals - Present at SDCOE’s 20th Annual Early Years Conference

Don’t just join us for the 20th Annual Early Years Conference – be a part of it by presenting your best practices and sharing your knowledge. The conference will be held March 10-11 at the Town and Country Resort in San Diego.

The theme for the 2023 conference is Power to the Professional - Birth to the 3rd Grade and is designed for early care and education professionals serving children from birth through 3rd grade, in center-based, school district, and family child care settings.

Proposals are due by Nov. 30 and may be submitted online. For more information about the conference, or to register, please visit the conference website

Attendees will increase their knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice to support a strong birth to 3rd grade continuum. This year's conference will have two audience strands: teacher and administrator/leader.

Presentation Target Audience

  • Educators of infant/toddler, preschool, transitional/kindergarten, and 1st through 3rd grade programs
  • Professionals who hold or seek leadership positions within the field of early education
