Digital Wellness Series for Families

The San Diego County Office of Education is hosting a free webinar series for families throughout the school year, with each session designed to help navigate technology, digital wellness, and screen time together. All sessions are held via Zoom from 4 to 5 p.m., and session access details are sent to registrants ahead of each session. Spanish interpretation will be provided for all sessions.
