Shelby Arnett has brought exceptional reliability, accuracy, and calm leadership to her role as administrative assistant at SDCOE for 25 years. She manages complex calendars, high‑priority documents, and critical departmental communications with precision and care. 

Arnett plays a key role in coordinating Local Control and Accountability Plan processes, Differentiated Assistance work, Communities of Practice, and major countywide initiatives. Her systems‑thinking, mastery of project management tools, and proactive problem‑solving have increased efficiency and strengthened confidence among district partners.
