Jan. 21 School Closures

The safety of students and school staff is of the utmost importance to San Diego County school districts.
Due to high winds, fire danger, and power outages, schools in the following districts will be closed Jan. 21:
- Bonsall Unified School District
- Julian Union Elementary School District
- Julian Union High School District
- Mountain Empire Unified School District
- Spencer Valley School District
- Warner Unified School District
Mt. Woodson Elementary in Ramona Unified School District, and Lakeside Farms Elementary and DREAM Academy in Lakeside Union School District are also closed Jan. 21.

Twenty-two outstanding graduating seniors from across San Diego County will share $94,000 in 2026 Don Diego scholarships as they pursue higher education and careers in a wide range of fields.
