Orange Glen High School students were treated to a special visit on October 22, 2025, from award-winning modern country artist Steven Cade, whose Giving Guitars Tour made a memorable stop on campus. Cade performed three songs for two combined guitar classes, filling the school’s music room with energy, inspiration, and heartfelt songs.

Following the mini-concert, Cade surprised students by donating six brand-new guitars to Orange Glen High School’s Music Department. His gift was part of his mission to encourage young musicians and provide them with the tools they need to pursue their passion for music.

After the announcement, Cade took time to personally connect with students by answering questions, signing autographs, and taking selfies. Students eagerly lined up to meet him, some even bringing their own guitars and picks for Cade to autograph.

“It was such a great experience for our students to see a modern-country artist perform live and to hear his story,” said Principal Michael Santos. “Steven Cade definitely gained some new fans here at Orange Glen.”

As Cade and his family packed up their equipment to leave, he paused to see students already strumming the guitars and playing together. Smiling at the sight Cade said it was the perfect ending to a wonderful visit.

Orange Glen High School extends heartfelt thanks to Steven Cade for his generosity and dedication to inspiring the next generation of musicians.
