Nov. 6 School Closures
The safety of students and school staff is of the utmost importance to San Diego County school districts.
Due to high winds – which make travel to and from school challenging, especially for high-profile vehicles such as school buses – schools in the Mountain Empire Unified School District will be closed on Wednesday, Nov. 6.

The Juvenile Court and Community Schools student representative on the San Diego County Board of Education for November was Harmony, a senior at San Pasqual Academy. Harmony was selected by the San Pascual Academy staff for their leadership qualities and contributions to the school community.
