The two-day event at the Town and County Resort is geared toward early care and education professionals serving children from infancy through kindergarten, in center-based, school district, and family childcare settings. Rooted in developmentally appropriate practice and whole-child approaches, the conference explores evidence-based strategies that promote learning, resilience, and belonging in early childhood. 

Keynote speaker Elena Aguilar will present practices for cultivating resilience in ourselves and the communities we serve. Attendees will learn why these practices are so effective, especially during times of challenge and transition, and how cultivating resilience can create the energy and capacity needed to drive transformational change in schools and early learning environments.

Workshops will focus on core topics such as trauma-informed care, inclusive classroom environments, culturally and linguistically responsive practices, play-based learning, and early childhood mental health. Conference sessions and materials will be available in English and Spanish.
