San Pasqual High School Seniors Recognized for Excellence in Technology by NCWIT

San Pasqual High School seniors Alice Kuznetsov and Alena Nguyen have been recognized by the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) for their outstanding achievements in computing and technology.
Alice Kuznetsov earned a National Honorable Mention in the NCWIT Aspirations in Computing High School Awards, while Alena Nguyen was named a Regional Award Winner. These awards honor students who demonstrate exceptional talent, leadership, and perseverance in the field of technology, particularly those who have overcome barriers to participation.
The NCWIT Aspirations in Computing Award celebrates students in grades 9-12 who exhibit a strong aptitude for technology and computing, as demonstrated by their experience, activities, leadership, and future ambitions. Recipients are selected for their dedication to innovation and their commitment to advancing diversity in the tech industry.
“We are incredibly proud of Alice and Alena for their achievements,” shared Principal Cory Gregory. “Their dedication and passion for technology are inspiring. We look forward to seeing all their accomplishments after graduation.”
