Risk Management Joint Powers Authority

Mission: Meeting our members needs by consistently providing quality, cost-effective and innovative risk management programs and services.

The Risk Management Joint Powers Authority (JPA) consists of 65 member districts and charter schools governed by a Board of Directors consisting of one representative from each member district. The Board meets twice each year, and a board-elected nine-member Executive Committee meets monthly. Through the JPA partnership, districts and charter schools can purchase economical insurance programs which include loss control services and safety training.
