We are excited to announce and invite you to our first SDCOE Community Schools team and County of San Diego Health & Human Services Agency network meeting.

We will host a collaborative networking opportunity for our school and agency partners to align efforts in support of our students and families thriving in San Diego County. Connecting with community partners is a critical component in moving the Community Schools strategy forward. We are excited to create a space to share our efforts, assets, and needs to better serve our students, families, and communities together.

Join us to learn about resources, network, and engage in collaborative dialogue around serving our families here in San Diego.

Audience: Community schools grantees, LEAs interested in learning about community partnerships, agency partners, and community members interested in supporting community school strategy efforts.
