High school juniors and seniors have the opportunity to connect with historically black colleges and universities with potential for on-the-spot college acceptance to qualifying students at the 2025 Black College Expo Jan 30.
Students of all racial and ethnic backgrounds are encouraged to attend the expo, hosted by the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) in partnership with the National College Resources Foundation, from 11 to 2:30 p.m. at MLK Center at Bayview Baptist Church in San Diego.
The expo will include representatives from more than 30 historically black colleges and universities, as well as UC and Cal State schools. Students can learn more about postsecondary options, scholarships, and admission. There will also be seminars on financial aid, transitioning from high school to college, and other helpful topics.
