Parents and caregivers interested in learning how to support their children with mental health topics can learn more and gain new tools in a series of free webinars. The four-part webinar series begins at 6 p.m. Jan. 31 on the topic of eating disorders (click the link to register and receive the link to join). The session will cover how to spot the signs and model healthy eating and body image.

In partnership with Rady Children's Hospital, the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) is hosting the hosting the free sessions to help families through all-too-common mental health struggles in young people. Parents, caregivers, and family members from across San Diego County are encouraged to attend.
