The annual SDCOE Career Pathways Conference on Sept. 30th is the premier event for educators, counselors, principals, and school administrators looking to connect students to California's high-wage, high-growth jobs. 

Career readiness can be integrated across campuses and curriculum, beginning as early as TK and kindergarten. This conference features learning and growth in high-quality pathway development, future-ready counseling practices, apprenticeships, work-based learning, industry partnerships, and more.
