2024-25 LCAP Professional Learning Series
Professional learning sessions are designed to provide space and time to interact and network with others around the county. These longer sessions typically include breakout sessions, planning time, and ample opportunities to interact with the content. They provide a comprehensive approach to information and include alignment with the SDCOE Equity Blueprint for Action, promising practices, and data collection/considerations. This year will focus on the new 3-year LCAP cycle, socially conscious leadership, and creating spaces of belonging. It will integrate the LCAP, differentiated assistance, and equity work. We also heard that you'd like other leaders to join the sessions who can assist with brainstorming and enrich the conversations. Each session will include team time to provide space to debrief and create plans for next steps. Registration is open.
