The San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) is committed to supporting local educational agencies (LEAs) in developing and maximizing the impact of their Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). SDCOE provides services and professional learning opportunities in alignment with state accountability requirements under the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) and California Department of Education updates, accountability requirements.
