Continuous Improvement Process Equity Model

Improving educational equity for students who are African American and English Language Learners

The San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) partnered with the Kern County Superintendent of Schools to spotlight research-proven methodologies and strategies to support students who are African-American and English learner students using a continuous improvement equity model through a state grant.

The grant is an important step for our county's students and for the County Office and our commitment to ensuring that all of our students graduate fully prepared to be successful in college and career.

SDCOE documented the process through a series of videos.

Grant awarded by the California Department of Education to implement and scale up new equity and improvement efforts.
