Continuous Improvement Process Equity Model

Improving educational equity for students who are African American and English Language Learners

The San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) partnered with the Kern County Superintendent of Schools to spotlight research-proven methodologies and strategies to support students who are African-American and English learner students using a continuous improvement equity model through a state grant.
