You'll have a chance to learn beginner and intermediate project management practices, hear from other districts and charters about how they use project management, and more! This is a free event for K-12 IT staff and seating is unlimited (bring your team!). Register by May 15 and you’ll be entered into a drawing for an early bird prize!

San Diego County Office of Education is hosting Project Management Summer Camp 2024, a highly engaging learning and networking event in San Diego on June 27 and 28. Seating is limited and registration will close when we reach 200 registrants. We ask that you limit your participation to one or two attendees per organization.

SDCOE supports local school districts and charter schools with project management through its Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). The team strives to:
- Make project management simple and valuable
- Promote best practice standards, quality, and methodologies, with an emphasis on organizational change management for benefits realization
