Putting it All Together II

Putting It All Together II is a six-day series that ties the key actions that are necessary throughout the school year for a successful LCAP with professional learning and networking. 

The series is designed for district teams made up of district and site administrators, LCAP leads, and program, data, student support, business, and human resource specialists.

DATES: Sep. 6 or Oct. 16, Dec. 13, Feb. 15, March 9, Apr. 19 and May 8

TIME: 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

LOCATION: San Diego County Office of Education, 6401 Linda Vista Road, San Diego, CA 92111

Day One: Sep. 6 or Oct. 16

The opening session will focus on building understanding of the Integrated State and Federal Accountability system, along with setting the stage for the series focus on promising practices for Students with Disabilities and English Learners.

Day Two: Dec. 13

Take a look at the fall 2017 Dashboard, review English learner data, and prepare for the LCAP annual update with a look at monitoring for improvement.

Day Three: Feb. 15

Review health, fitness, and special education data, and continue work on the annual update and monitoring for improvement.

Day Four: March 9

Review best practices for measuring effectiveness of actions and services, and aligning your plan.

Day Five: Apr. 19

Disaggregate student data on suspension, dropouts, and graduation, and gain support on the budget process.

Day Six: May 8

Bring in your LCAP for feedback from SDCOE staff specializing in business and student programs.
