San Diego County Students Named 2017 Carson Scholars

Twenty-two San Diego County students have been named 2017 Carson Scholars by the Carson Scholars Fund (CSF). They are among only 483 nationwide to receeive this honor.

Each year the CSF recognizes a select group of high achieving students in grades 4 through 11 who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement (at least a 3.75 GPA) and humanitarian qualities. Students receive a $1,000 college scholarship and the coveted honor of being named a Carson Scholar. In addition, five San Diego County students have renewed their Carson Scholar status, joining 867 of their peers across the county.
