This free, online conference will provide California educators the information and resources they need to eliminate the gaps in achievement, expectations, and opportunity for students from the diverse ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds in which they serve.

Developed in partnership by the California Association of African American Superintendents and Administrators (CAAASA) and the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE), each strand is hosted by leading educators and administrators from across California.
