Meetings and Public Information
The Local Child Care and Development Planning Council (LPC) of San Diego County holds public meetings that bring together families, educators, providers, and community partners to guide early learning and care planning in San Diego County. All meetings follow Brown Act requirements to ensure transparency, open participation, and access to information.

Community participation is welcome. Families, early learning and care programs, educators, and partners are encouraged to share their perspectives and stay informed about countywide decision-making.
Meetings by Committee
All meetings of the San Diego County Child Care and Development Local Planning Council (LPC) are open to the public. LPC meeting agendas are posted 72 hours prior to the meeting. To access previous meeting materials—or to receive materials in an accessible (non-PDF) format—please email LPC@sdoce.net.
The Executive Committee is a standing committee that consists of council chairs, standing committee chairs, ex-officio members, a member-at-large, and the previous council chair. If a committee has co-chairs, at least one chair attends. If both chairs attend, there is one vote per committee.
