Currently, Jordan leads culture and belonging at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where he helps create environments that foster innovation and inclusivity. Prior to this role, he dedicated eight years to Reality Changers, helping first-generation students earn over $100 million in scholarships to access higher education and change the trajectory of their lives.

Jordan’s journey is a testament to what is possible. From the kid sitting in the back of the class who failed eighth-grade math to earning two full academic scholarships, he went on to complete his bachelor’s degree at San Diego State University and a master’s degree at Harvard University.
